Property plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.
Also featured in this recent photograph release seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and features a legend detailing distinct sections of the property.
Accompanying this are what appear to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, such as designs for marina coverings.
Further materials made public as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
